Terms and Conditions for the Facebook Contest

1. This contest is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Facebook, but Kröpfel GmbH, the operator of the Facebook page (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). The information provided will be used solely for the purposes of the contest. Participation in the contest is permitted exclusively under the terms and conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without providing a reason.
2. We’re giving away 3×1 liter of linseed oil
3. The contest begins on September 22, 2017, at 12:00 a.m. and runs through October 6, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. (“Contest Period”).
4. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash.
5. To enter the giveaway, leave a comment and/or post a photo under the giveaway post. The prizes listed above will be awarded by random drawing from among all participants.
6. Comments that violate Facebook’s guidelines, Austrian law, our netiquette, and/or copyright laws will be removed without notice as soon as they are identified. The participant will then be disqualified from the drawing.
7. Eligible to participate are individuals residing in Austria and Germany who are at least 14 years old at the time of participation and are “fans” of Kröpfel Tier Öle Tieredition on Facebook . You can become a “fan” by clicking the “Like” button on the Facebook page. Employees, authorized representatives, legal successors, and agents of Kröpfel GmbH, as well as any agencies involved and their relatives, are not eligible to participate.
8. The prize drawing will take place after the contest period ends, behind closed doors and ensuring that the selection is made at random from among all entries.
9. Winners will be notified via the Facebook comment section of the Facebook post or via private message in the “Miscellaneous” folder on Facebook. Winners must submit their contact and address information via “private message” to the Kröpfel Tieröledition Facebook page within 5 business days (starting from the date of notification). If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within this time frame, their claim to the prize will be forfeited without replacement. A replacement winner will then be selected using the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize.
10. To the extent that personal data of participants is collected in connection with the contest, the organizer will collect, process, and use such data solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and will delete it upon the contest’s conclusion. The participant expressly agrees to this. The participant may revoke this consent at any time by letter, fax, or email. The participant is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data submitted.
