Milk thistle oil is cold-pressed from the seeds of the milk thistle (Silybum marianum) and is characterized by its particularly neutral, mild flavor. Milk thistle oil naturally contains silymarin—a characteristic complex of active ingredients found in the milk thistle plant—as well as natural vitamin E.
