is considered to be the most valuable vegetable source of high-quality omega fatty acids, as – in comparison to fish oil – it does not contain dioxins. The balanced ratio of omega 3,6,9 fatty acids makes hemp oil a valuable addition to animal feed.

Cannabis oil, hemp oil and CBD oil are also often mistakenly lumped together.
Further information on the differences and legal classification of cannabis oil, CBD oil and hemp oil can be found at https://www.krankenkassenzentrale.de/wiki/oel-unterschiede
The three actually have one thing in common: they are all products that are derived from the hemp plant. However, they differ when it comes to their intended use and ingredients.

Hemp oil
Hemp oil stands out in the range of oils. It is generally not used for medicinal or intoxicating purposes. Rather, it serves as a high-quality cooking oil. Here too, the hemp plant provides the raw material. The seeds of industrial hemp are processed by cold pressing. The grease must not exceed the temperature threshold of 45°. This produces a very high-quality vegetable oil. Cannabinoids can only be detected in very small quantities in hemp oil. However, this does not mean that the hemp product is not valuable for health.
Fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6) are particularly convincing here. Omega-3 fatty acids in particular are important for the body, as they support development and heart and brain function. They are also considered valuable in the fight against inflammatory processes. Sea fish is one of the best sources of omega-3. However, vegans or vegetarians must look for other suppliers. In addition to linseed oil, hemp seed oil is recommended.
In addition to omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, hemp seed oil contains proteins, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and vitamins B1, B2 and E. What hemp seed oil looks like is determined by the amount of chlorophyll in the unhulled seeds. This means that although hemp oil is a hemp product, it contains neither THC nor CBD in significant quantities. As a high-quality vegetable oil, it is very popular in the kitchen.
